Board Members
Elections are held at an annual meeting of unit owners each calendar year during the month of January.
President
Alicia Ramirez
January 2021 - January 2024
Alicia Ramirez relocated to Maryland from California in the middle of 2020, during the start of the Covid pandemic, to be a more present grandma to her two granddaughters living in Baltimore. After falling in love with the surrounding community and all the pretty blooms in spring, she waited impatiently until a condo in VHW came up for sale and grabbed it. Alicia wants VHW to be her final residence and aspires to enjoy becoming an old lady in this community. She joined the Board immediately after moving in and became the BOD President in January of 2022.
Vice President
Jack Millard
January 2022 - January 2025
Jack Millard is a father of five and an insurance broker in Timonium. He was a former board president of VHW. He and his wife (who he met while living at VHW) have been residents and now, are unit owners for over 20 years.
Secretary
Levon Banks
January 2023 - January 2026
Levon Banks has lived in VHW for 10 years. She retired after 19 years as a Real Estate agent. Levon has served on the VHW Board of Directors for 6 years and is actively engaged with “making this community a pleasant place to live”.
Treasurer
Carmella Nuttroy
January 2022- January 2025
Carmella Nuttroy is a native Texan. She moved to VHW in 2020 to continue her career in Forensic Sciences and currently works with Baltimore City Police Department.
Member-at-Large
Sharon Veach
January 2023 - January 2026
Sharon retired from a private psychiatry practice in 2021. She worked in various settings as a social worker and therapist. She also was a paralegal in a law firm, many moons ago, and was also a Volunteer in Service to America( VISTA) for two years even more moons ago. I am a member of Stony Run Friends meeting and have served on the Committee that cares for the historic Friends Burial Ground on Harford Road. She's been on the Landscape committee in 2022. Sharon has lived in VHW for 27 years.
